Come nuovo Vescovo di questa Chiesa locale vorrei dare a tutti voi, ospiti e turisti in questi luoghi, il saluto di benvenuto e l'augurio di una permanenza serena e salutare nell'isola d'Ischia, cosi ricca di verde e di sole, cosi accogliente nel donare mare, terme e salute. 
 Oltre ai musei e ai locali di svago, oltre alle spiagge e agli alberghi, anche le nostre belle chiese, piene di tradizioni e di capolavori d'arte, vi accolgono per una visita culturale e, per chi lo desidera, un momento di preghiera e di riflessione. 
 Impastati come siamo di corpo e anima, di materia e di spirito, di mente e di cuore siamo tutti invitati a riappropriarci della vacanza come tempo di lettura anche del grande libro della natura, di contemplazione delle meraviglie del creato, di rapporti interpersonali fraterni, utilizzando bene i giorni liberi per riempirli di attività sane e distensive. 
 Per gli amici che condividono con noi la Bibbia, il Pane eucaristico, la Chiesa e la strada, durante i mesi di Luglio e Agosto celebrerò la  S. Messa nella Pineta Nenzi Bozzi ad Ischia Porto ogni domenica alle ore 20.30. In varie parrocchie e rettorie dell'Isola si celebrerà la liturgia in lingua tedesca. 
 Ai cristiani di confessione evangelica segnalo il culto officiato dal Pastore luterano, anche in lingua tedesca. 
 Pregheremo in tal modo tutti per l'unita voluta dal Signore Gesù, come segno e profezia per l'unita della grande famiglia di Dio. 
 La gradita presenza di turisti di varie tradizioni cristiane, potrà cosi favorire il dialogo interconfessionale e l'incontro ecumenico. 
 Auguro a tutti e a ciascuno buona permanenza ad Ischia coniugando vacanza e fede, tempo libero e cultura, distensione e cura, in attesa di incontrarvi personalmente. 
 

 Als neuer Bischof dieser Kirche in Ischia möchte ich Euch allen, Gäste und Touristen auf dieser insel herzlich willkommen heissen und wünsche Euch einen ausgeglichenen und erholsamen Aufenthalt auf der grunen und sonnigen Insel Ischia, die mit ihren Gaben, Meer, Thermen und der Genesung Euch empfängt. 
 Ausser den Museen und den Vergnügungslokalen, den Stränden, den Hotels, empfangen Euch unsere wunderschönen Kirchen reich an Traditionen und Meisterwerken der Kunst für einen kulturellen Besuch und, wer es wünscht, für einen Moment zum Gebet und zur Einkehr. 
 Wir wurden erschaffen mit einem Körper, einer Seele, aus Materie und Geist, mit Gedächtnis und Herzen und sind somit alle eingeladen den Urlaub zu nutzen um das grosse Buch der Natur aufzuschlagen, zur Beschaulichkeit der Wunder des Schöpfers und um die brüderlichen Beziehungen untereinander zu vervollständigen damit man die freien Tage mit genesenden und entspannenden Aktivitäten ausfüllt. 
 Für die Freunde die mit uns die Bibel, den Leib Christi, die Kirche und die Strassen während den Monaten Juli und August teilen, werde ich in der Pineta Nenzi Bozzi in Ischia Porto jeden Sonntag um 20,30 Uhr die heilige Messe feiern. In verschiedenen Gemeinden und Rektoratskirchen der Insel wird die Liturgie in deutscher Sprache abgehalten. 
 Für die Christen der evangelischen Konfession, hält ein luteranischer Pastor auf deutscher Sprache den Gottesdienst ab. Somit beten wir alle zusammen fiir die Einbeit, gewollt von unserem Herrn Jesus Christus, als Zeichen und Prophezeiung fur die Einheit der grossen Familie Gottes. 
 Die willkommene Anwesenheit der Touristen aus verschiedenen christlichen Tradizionen, könnte somit das Gespräch der verschiedenen Religiongemeinschaften und ökumenischen Begegnungen begünstigen. Ich wünsche allen und jeden Einzeleen einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt auf Ischia, verbunden mit Urlaub und Glaube, Freizeit und Kultur, Entspannung der Seele und hoffe Euche persönlich kennen zu lernen. 
 

 As the new Bishop of this local Church I would like to extend a greeting to you all, guests and tourists in these places, and to give my sincerest good wishes for a happy and healthy sojourn on this isle. 
 Ischia is so rich in green and sun, so welcoming in giving sea, thermal waters and health. 
 Besides the museums and the places of amusement, our beautiful Churches, full of traditions and art masterpieces, welcome you for a cultural visit and for whom wishes it, for moments to pray and to meditate. 
 We are riddled with soul and boby, matter and spirit, mind and heart; we are all invited to enjoy the holiday as a time to spend reading the great book of the nature, to contemplate the wonders of creation, to rediscover mutual fraternal relationships, filling the free days with healthy and restful activities. 
 To the friends who share with us the Holy Sciptures, the eucharistic Bread, the Church and the road, during July and August, every Sunday, at 8.30 p.m. I will celebrate the Holy Mass in Pineta Nenzi Bozzi at Ischia Porto. Also in several parish Churches and rectories of the isle we will 
 celebrate the Catholic liturgy in German language. 
 To the Christians who belong to the Protestant confessions I say an especial uelcome and I inform them about the worship officiated by the Luteran Pastor, in the German language too. 
 We shall pray all for the unity vanted by our Lord Jesus Christ, like a sign and a proshesy for the unity of the great God's family. The welcome presence of the tourists from diversified Christian traditions will be able to further the intercofessional dialogue and the ecumenical meeting. 
 I wish, all of you and everybody, a good stay at Ischia putting together holidays and faith, free time and culture, relaxation and cure, looking fonward to meet you personally.
